Bill Payment

Town of Ellenboro offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Town Hall is currently closed due to the Coronavirus.  Please use our payment drop box.  You my pay your bill by cash, check or money orders.  You may also mail your payment. 

Until further notice, disconnects and late notices will not be charged.

Notice: This bill is due and payable as of bill date.  At 5:00 p.m. on the 24th of the month, a penalty of $5.00 will be charged on unpaid water bills. If  still not paid by 12:00 noon on the 3rd day of the next month, service will be disconnected with a $25.00 penalty. All past due and penalties must be paid before water is restored. Should the 3rd fall on a weekend or holiday, it will be 12:00 noon on the next business day.

Failure to receive bill does not alter this rule.



Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.



Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. Drop box is available for after hours. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.


Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
